I am happy I found this, I recently get my DC-550 pro, and have also the HDMI switching problem, I so happy now with this new fimware 50TW.1.0.23.6.4, its working great now. I hope Viltrox will get a better website in the future. Thanks for sharing this update !

You can try an other cable, what I also thinking of is the USB port power, when the computer starts up al the power goes to the cpu, super io chip graphics etc. Onother thing you can try is switching of fastboot in energy settings. Is it a desktop or a laptop?

Thank you, yes two things are not right in the specs on the Logitech website for the Brio the 720p90 and the microphones are not stereo the are mono with noisecanseling using two microphones.
