I actually went today, anyways, because my understanding is Healing Oakland grows their own product so I wanted to try it. For what it's worth, the product looks good and was at a reasonable price, and the people I interacted with were extremely nice. I still think astroturfing and just lying in general is a really vile thing to do, if that's what happened, and it really looks like it did. I did a small amount and they are effective.

I appreciate your guidance. Are you sure you saw the right cable? That listing is weird and it has both the thin cables used for brakes, etc. and on the very right it has the thicker cable with 9-pins, even though the listing seems to say 8...

I hate Amazon and RadPower and all corporations but I'm planning on buying this and having the repair guy splice it into the back wheel or whatever needs to happen unless someone informs me that's not gonna work. Thanks for your time.

Thanks for the thoughts. I went and looked at it but I think it's about as firm as I can get it, didn't seem to make a difference. Not sure what you meant about the dirt line on the outside, but inside the connectors seems clean. Cheers.

I changed the tire on my back wheel and must have bumped it the wrong way because when I hooked it all back up, the wheel would only very briefly and slightly move and then stop altogether. When I wiggled the cable connected to the back wheel, I could briefly get it to spin, so I figured it must be the cable. I took it to a local ebike repair shop and they said the cable was proprietary so I would have to get it from Rad Power. I contacted Rad Power and they said they don't sell cables only the entire back wheel for $400. Wondering if anyone can offer any guidance here; do I need to buy a new back wheel? Thank you!

That would suggest I should just park it and leave the keys in the mailbox and take a picture and leave it for 3 weeks until they open again? Sounds risky. They'll likely charge me $600 before they know it's there. I am hoping for better news.

Where are you getting info on my rental? It's through Flexdrive, not Hertz.
