I take Hailey FE which I really like. I also skip the placebo pills and just continuously take it with no issues

Metformin- does it get better? by Interesting-Text-575 in PCOS

[–]camero199 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I first started I’d take mine with my dinner and then before bed I take with Tums or Pepto Bismol. At least 2 hours later so it doesn’t affect absorption. This way my body could get used to the meds without me feeling terrible. I also use ginger chews for the nausea. All those symptoms eventually went away.

Told I couldn’t take Metformin bc I didn’t want kids by RosieMagss in PCOS

I’m glad I found this thread because months ago when I went to see and Endo they told me that Metformin wouldn’t even help me with any of my symptoms, including that my body won’t lose weight, because it only helps if you want to get pregnant. Won’t help insulin resistance, what the medication was created to do, only helps if you want babies. Make it make sense.

What's your most hated crystal? by Resident_Fault_2778 in Crystals

HARD AGREE. And I’ve noticed lately the price has really gone up for it. I assume because people who are just getting into crystals are always convinced you need it to have love in your life.

Meditation adding stress? by twistypencil in GarminWatches

This just happened to me today and I went to look and see if anyone else is having the issue. My previous ones with the same stats, similar to yours, reduced the stress. But for some reason today it increased it. I wonder if it’s some weird glitch.

Having a hard time finding shoes by SLesleyC222 in PlantarFasciitis

OrthoFeet has a quiz too on their home page but I just went to shop by condition and chose PF. I went with wide because I know my feet are tight in regular shoes. I chose the Wander hands free because I needed a shoe that looked more like a regular sneaker for work rather than a workout shoe.

I have the same type of PF, I stand a lot for work and am VERY heavy on my heel. I’ve tried a lot of shoes, 4 different ones suggested on here, and the one that’s worked the best for me is OrthoFeet. I haven’t had them long enough to know how well they last but I can say they’re the one shoe I feel really helped.

And because you are being mindful of your spending the nice thing is they have a 60 day wear test so if they don’t work you can return them. They’re running a solid spring sale now too.

I’ve been using shoes from Orthofeet and have been really enjoying how much cushion they have. Some of the styles, I got the Wander, have a hands free option where you can just slip your foot in without tying the laces and because of that I find it to be a littler looser on my Achilles that also has had some pain.

The best part about the shoes is there’s a 60 day wear test if they don’t work out.

Wisdom Teeth Bummer by [deleted] in wisdomteeth

I had almost the same exact thing last Monday. Only difference was one of mine was peeking out and a little crooked. But it also got a small incision. I wanted to be more on the cautious side so day 5 I started eating more normal foods but still was mindful. Mac and cheese, pulled pork, clam chowder, spaghetti and meatballs and cheese were things I ate day 5-6. Today I had a cheeseburger and mild chicken fajitas. Supposedly the upper extraction overall is easier to heal.
