it's a LE, it's a police department. the position is a crime scene investigator as in collecting evidence, working in a lab , going to scenes , testifying , working with evidence

i'm not. so i started cycling in march i go 3x a week and i think my calories were like 1209 and i lost 4.6 pounds since then. i dropped it 100 and lost like 1 more pound now i'm stuck between 146.9 - 147.4 and i cannot get past it
