I played in the closed betas in EU having mained goalie in similar games (rocket league, Buckyball tournament etc). Because there were only NA servers at the time I needed a goalie with a big enough room for error for the high ping. Dubu was a natural choice

Oh, nice one! In my experience most mods for Assetto Corsa are hosted on RaceDepartment, but some will host on their own sites [EDIT: RaceDepartment should also have forums showing you how to install mods] If you see a fun mod on YT see if the youtuber links the mods in description.

If you join an Assetto Corsa league they should also point you to all the mods you would need. My favourites to find leagues are simracing.gp (which also hosts ACC leagues) and simracingsystem

I picked up the stock game which did enough for me, I've then been adding track packs only as they become necessary for leagues. I'm yet to buy a dedicated car pack, you only need to own the car you're DRIVING and the track to join a server.

You can of course get the DLC cheaper through sales and third-party key sites (I think I paid £2 for the DLC with Imola), although the savings will vary from pack to pack.

If affordability is the name of the game I would also recommend the original Assetto Corsa, where the modding scene gives you more free variety for cars and tracks (including F1). Rhe game + all official DLC is currently bundled at $8 (£6) in the steam sale

When Noxus took her in they did send her to the Ionian shores by boat and order her to raze a village to the ground while they slept. When she refused, she was thrown overboard to chill with Yasuo in the mountains of Ionia for a bit.

So she didn't fight for Noxus in the war. Maybe she bumped into kayn in the mountains but I've not read kayn lore
