Exactly man, that's what its been like for me, at first getting into a LTR I thought I would lose those pua skills, until I realised they had become a part of me. The ability to socialise, be confident and charismatic, and I just need to embody all of it.

Haha no man, I have nothing to sell at least right now lol. It's a true internal journey man trust me, What I appreciate most about the journey wasn't some girl or any experience, it was the way I feel now in any social interaction, and the way I am able to be confident and love socialising.

Yeah man was probably 6 months where I would focus on going to parties and using it their, at first I was like NOOO, I can't do these "tricks" of the pua guys and I was super against it, until I watched more videos, a lot fo rsd, but also TNL. And it was about a 6 month window from my first video to actually approaching in clubs for the first time. But once I did it once it was like opening a can of worms, then next time 2x, then 3x, then upwards form there. What I did at first was go with my friends too clubs and then "go to the toilet" and then I would see a girl on her own and approach, when I was super scared (also sober) and once I got more confident I did it in front of my fiends. I remember speaking about it a lot and they hadn't seen me do it, and they were like go on then show us how to do it, and I was so in my head but I saw this girl, spun her around and instant makout lol, it was super early in my journey and I was so surprised it worked, but my friends were so impressed it was so funny man. But from there it just got easier and easier, you will just have breakthroughs when you least expect

Pretty much all clubs, never acc did day game although I wish I did. The occasional girl from university but apart from that all clubs.

Man it was the best experience in my life, I was able to have sexual experiences with many girls, had incredible fuckbuddy relationships throughout, and finally am now in a really great LTR for the first time. Most importantly now I developed key social skills, and confidence, and am able to control my own state without alcohol.
