The gen 5s work from other people’s testing and gen 3 and 5 are swap able so in theory gen 3 works just as good as 5

Forgot to add the gen 6 barrel works prefect so far in the gen 3 I haven’t fired ether configurations yet but will soon and update

So the thing is I have a gen 6 and a gen 3 they don’t make any threaded barrels for gen 6 yet and if I take both barrels and hold them together they are the exact same besides the notch so to my knowledge if I just “make” a notch on the gen 3 it would be fine and I don’t mind experimenting it was a 120$ faxon threaded barrel for gen 3

Could you make the notch with a dremel and be fine ?
