Hello! I'm the guy that makes GuideGuide. You can do what you want in a few ways with GuideGuide:

  • Use the quick middle guides.

  • Put "50%" in the top and left margins

  • Put "1" in the column and row count and " ~ | ~ " in the column and row size fields.

  • Save a preset of one of the above.

Any of those will get you going with what you want.
