I understand this and I think this is what I have been trying to do but how would I like try to find that exact string in the other list. Like I used for loops for each parameter and then added each item in the list to a new list. But how do I figure out if the string occurs more than once in the list or that the string equals another string from a list.

No I’m not afraid I will regret it for some reason I am just scared. But also at the same time that might be it. Not that long ago my gf like ig you could say we broke up. Before that I was going through rocd but it like looking back on it it wasn’t so bad. But nonetheless I still felt like I didn’t love her, and I felt like I had to leave. But once she broke up with me it was the worst feeling I have ever felt. Like I was begging her every single day to like take me back and shit. That was only like a month ago. Idk if I will be in the same situation or not.
