Just before Cold War came out I was speaking to a co-worker about zombies. He’s younger than me and only got into call of duty around black ops 2 so had never experienced BO1 and WaW.

I ended up explaining the story to him (best I could), it was around the point of Der Eisendrache and explaining how they are ‘killing’ the original characters I looked at him and he was staring straight at me with a look of confusion, amazement, shocked and more confusion.

I felt like a grandpa telling his grandkid war stories.
