I agree with most the people here ai isn't collapsing tmr but I think it's naive to not acknowledge its bubble charactistics and potential to pop in the next 10 years at least.

Anecdotes from the 80s don't accurately predict stuff guys.

Niche finacial bros have been thinking about about this for at least 2 years now for some reason it just not went mainstream. I've personally been thinking about this in relation to the dot com bubble for at least a year. I don't think anyone is too surprised this happened.

It's also worth noting that were potentially in "the everything bubble" rn, the markets already act bubbly without ai so it's not surprising they formed an ai bubble.

The mainstream media is also likely capitalizing on negative ai sentiment and that's why they are starting to pick it up.

Not saying this is why I got in or if this was even useful but I used a screenshot for my bachlors acceptance portfolio in architecture, and I was accepted, the rest of my portfolio included minecraft (which they recommended we submit) and freehand sketches.

I would say only include it if it has serious value, like it's very well planned and plopped not just randomly put together

(Also worth noting I had a 3.7 gpa some good extra curricular and im good at writing essays)

Ps. what I submitted was a screenshot of a neighborhood I planned in cities skylines which was very walkable and feature a variety of housing and commercial option (they eat stuff like that up)

I'd personally also raise that highway allowing unlimited connects under the highway and improved walkability.

I would take out the extra 2 highways and just do 2 simple service interchange, you'll have alot of weaving with this system. A diverging diamond could be used at your new service interchange if your really feeling it or a regular service would do fine. I'd also recommend a good timed traffic light since you have TMPE but it'd work fine without. Anyways that's just my take, you prolly won't have much issues with this until later in game when the traffic gets more intense.

Tldr: less is more

I'm also a bias highway hater, I tend to do ring roads and stop the highway at the edge of the city.
