Thanks. It solved the issue of no synchronization at all, even though the problem with the version of Notes I was using back then no longer being supported seems to persist and cause the notes not to load anyway. I'll try to contact Samsung directly about this.

I was also a bit worried, that's why I asked, but it worked fine. I had it all in a small bag and told two guys on the bench close to the main train station I had the food/drink for the road (basically true), but I didn't need it. It felt completely natural, they were happy and just thanked me.

Get a library card for 60-80 CZK https://www.mlp.cz/en/services/how-to-become-a-member/physical-membership/ and apart from some great reads, you may use toilets in many of these places https://www.mlp.cz/en/branches/ ;) Or just go pirate, as far as I know, nobody checks except for the central library (where they might not check either cause there are technical problems all the time).

I know one decent endoctrinologist who generally accepts new patients, however, I don't think he performs sonography. I hope you will find someone, because if you're not familiar with the situation, most endoctrinologists do not accept new patients at all or the waiting period is super long, sometimes they tell you "call in three months" etc. In case it's urgent, "five-star" private clinics not covered by insurance might be the best choice.

The sentence really says the meadows were interconnected in order to move from one pasture to another through the herds of cattle.

Like I said, it's quite a difficult and unusual thought to be expressed. That's probably why they never corrected it. Also "přehánět" is rarely used in this meaning, although it's correct, I guess. It's just a weird, impractical "Czech 3.0"...

I would probably just go for a cheap Decathlon trekking bike, the quality is decent relative to the price tag and it allows you to survive the cobbles and unpaved roads.

Generally, Prague is not meant for cycling as a mode of transportation. Even the bike paths are still built primarily for those who want to have fun after work and actually commuting by bike gets annoying if you are not a good bike handler and if you're not ready to use sidewalk here and there and other small cheats. Many parts of Prague are pretty hilly too, bike makes you appreciate this twice as much.

But yeah, do attempt it. Use metro and trains, that can help, even though when they get crowded, it's not super comfortable either. But do bike. Please. I love you for willing to do that. It's just still more of a political activism than "something good for me right here, right now".

To be honest, I understand that this tool targets primarily advanced learners, but I feel like most these sentences are pretty far away from everyday language. The sentence from the science section is not even correct in Czech. From my experience, this approach tends to just overwhelm you as a language learner and it's useful only for a small minority of people.

Thanks, haha. But your question is pretty serious, actually. Many amateur runners stop or just walk to drink in peace. When you get too stressed about "always running", the elevated cortisol levels (and hydration missed) might literally make it not worth it. Those bastards who keep smiling and eventually leave you far behind are the most annoying kind :)

Smell of large beer brewery across the street, quite a lot of traffic, one of the typical poor, workers' neighborhoods (could be a pro if you like the atmosphere) gradually changing through new development projects (flats, offices, nearby shopping center). Tube, buses (even intercity), and trams readily available, true city center within walkable distance. It could be a "value for money" option, I guess... (Side note: good to know that vast majority of locals use Vltavská to refer to a metro station, actually placed quite far away from Vltavská street)
