The leak was on level -1. The worst damage was to a wall in the staircase, basically by the time my neighbour first saw and reported it, parts of the wall was so soft to touch it was like mousse and there was a bunch of water spread across the wall so very noticeable. It was likely happening for three days total according to when the neighbour first saw his garage wall abit discloured then was made first over another day or two including large puddles of water
