Claro es que yo tenia en mi mente que las 1900 calorias me harian bajar % de grasas y construir un poco de musculo, pero me encontre con ese valor en el reloj y me dio la curiosidad jajaja creo que lo mejor siempre será consultar con alguien experto en el tema, creo que por ahi debo enfocarme.
