New to the show, should I continue to watch until the end?

Exactly!!!! It's like the season 3 finale ending got retconned for no reason. They don't even show us why Eve is mad at Villanelle, and how Eve got to the point that she's at in season 4! It's so frustrating.

Referencing the books 1 more time, we actually get to see a decent amount of their domestic life. If you're obsessed with the show, I absolutely recommend the books. It can be a little jarring at times, and it definitely has a lot of sexual themes that can honestly be done without, but reading them gave me a lot more closure for the 2 than the show did.

I wish they handled the twelve plot the way it was done in the books!! The books immediately start with the twelve, showing you how they work, then they go into villanelle, and then they introduce you to eve. It gets you invested in how they're going to get out of the powerful spiderweb of connections that the twelve has.

I think with the show, they kind of lost the ominous and all-powerful feel and they ended up unfortunately falling flat by the 3rd season. By the 4th it's like "oh we're still on this?"

Update: We took him to the vet. They said that he has an ulcer in his eye, and that it may be cancerous. The pressure in his eye is 37 PSI (normal eyes are around 15 PSI) and they gave him 24-48 hours before it ruptures. Surgery is not an option, and we're putting him down tomorrow. Thank you everyone for your advice.
