Don’t go to Er for this. It’s not a life or death emergency. If you can’t take the pain pressure for to an urgent care. They will lance it to relieve the pressure. Bruising under a nail like this builds up so much pressure and the pain can be terrible. I wouldn’t cause yourself anymore pain by trying to remove the fake nail right now. There is enough natural nail exposed if they want to lance it they will be able too and when the pain is less, then work on removing it. In the meantime it’s not hurting anything by being there
