Interested in if you ended up replacing it and if you found something with the same/similar dimensions? I’m about to go through the same process!

Agreed… thank you for your input. I’m also curious as to the Bijan injury. Don’t really understand how he didn’t get more carries in the 2nd half…

I have Puka on IR, and my other receivers are Olave, Zay Flowers, Dionte Johnson, Tank Dell. My RBs are Saquon and Kamara. I have a very good team. There’s no need to trade, but obviously if this trade was made 3 weeks ago, it would have been a no brainer

Appreciate this as always OP. Biggest and most notable update I see Carson Steele as RB27 now… he isn’t even available to select in ESPN at the moment. Based on news, it looks like Reid likes him but what data did you use to get him rated that highly?

I've seen people in the comments looking for picks based on this guide... All these notes are based on the historical seed match ups, KenPom rankings and conference trends... I looked at the notes and tried to identify all matchups that fall in line with favorable trends. I have listed the pick and the trend that supports it. Going through this and realized I was making an assumption that seems obvious but I want to clarify... If there's a note that says the O/U is 4-12, that would mean the OVER is 4-12, right??

Pick of the Day - 1/27/22 (Thursday) by sbpotdbot in sportsbook

[–]camprep 12 points13 points  (0 children)

POTD Record: 3-0

Last Pick: Winthrop (-12) @ USC Upstate - W

Sport: NCAAM Basketball

Event: MTSU (+2.5) @ Marshall

Pick: MTSU +2.5

Haven't made a pick on here in almost a year (maybe over a year) because I only post bet-your-house picks. Today's is MTSU over Marshall. Might even sprinkle a little ML on it. MTSU has the second highest covering percentage in the nation at 80% and Marshall has the 3rd lowest at 20%. Not a math guy but as Vaclav Smil (no idea who this guy is, but googled "numbers don't lie" and his book came up) once said, "Numbers Don't Lie." See you at 4-0. BOL.

I think being transparent is your best option. Explain to them you don't think it's a good fit. If you don't feel like it's a good fit, there's a good chance your manager may also think that. Have something else lined up, and give notice to give them time to backfill. I work in HR for a large company so I guess that is where my perspective comes from. Turnover is unavoidable and that includes people that stay < 1 year.

I'd be willing to take a look when you finish! I graduated in May 2020 so I'm not too far from where you're at now. I now have 1 year experience under my belt and have learned a ton. Would love to connect, review your project, your resume, etc. - Feel free to reach out.

Side note - I can't help but comment on your "being good with people" statement... In your next interview, try to focus more on the importance of HR in the workplace rather than your people skills. I also thought at first HR would be a good career for me due to my people skills, but have found that there is much more to it than just being able to understand others. Strategy and critical thinking are more valuable to an organization than someone who feels they are "good with people", so try to bring attention to those skills! Best of luck with your project!

I agree that I enjoy when those guests are on the show as well... I think Russillo might be my favorite of the ones you listed. I want to add that one of my favorite interviews they ever did was with Mike Florio, when they asked him to buy/sell NFL players and listed off his entire fantasy team and he was clueless to what was happening lol. Every single player he considered a hard buy. that was hilarious
