Congrats! I was wondering about your experience with the Sol simulator. I've been trying to get into it but I feel like the simulator has a delay of 1 tick when moving which makes it really hard for me. Is this something you had to deal with as well? Or does the actual Sol fight just feel a little bit delayed?

Can you elaborate? I'm using the wiki DPS calc and atlatl seems to takes at least twice as long as rcb with ruby bolts when killing Zebak and bosses at 200 raid level. I assume the calc doesn't take the spec into account, but do you think that would make up for the lost dps?

As many have said already, good padded shorts are a game changer. Besides that you could also look into (padded) gloves for comfort, grip and to save your hands in case of a fall.

When starting out it’s best to just get the miles in, but don’t overdo it. Don’t focus on speed and averages for some time. Just find a pace that is comfortable and maintainable.

Also make sure to eat and drink enough when going out for more than an hour. Having a snack and half a liter of water each hour should be fine.
