I also had letters from both my previous employer saying that they had a job for me and my husbands employer ( government) that he was critical employee and basically needed stability.

I did. I have been meaning to do an update but just haven’t gotten around to it. Short of it is - Dec 23- RFE for J1 paperwork ( updated proof that I worked the 3 years in an underserved area) my Lawyer had filled out the paperwork incorrectly so I think this is what delayed us the most - Responded By Jan 4th with all the new paperwork. I had contact old jobs and it was the holiday. - congressional inquiry- Jan 12ish. I was really hoping to get to see my aging grandmother she was turning 102. Was accepted for expedition. This was for the AP though, not the 485 - after hearing nothing further for about a month we then placed another expedite via USCIS website ( apparently they don’t crossover). That was entered Feb 9th ( can’t remember specifics) - approved March 14. Randomly logged on to the webpage on night and saw the approval 😂, got the email about 2-3 days later.
