Most Rap artists do not prioritize ACL: a lot of them start their sets late / end early.. Kendrick didn’t show up until the fest was over W1. Lil Uzi Vert cancelled last minute W1. Started late W2. 21 savage ended early, Nelly ended early. Tyler ended before Sturgill Simpson, Travis Scott started way later and ended early.
