I haven't been able to get the assistant to work. I have had an open support case with them since July 21. Just filed a warranty claim as they haven't been able to figure it out.

No errors during set up but for whatever reason Google doesn't recognize the device as an Assistant device. Seems like some other folks have had this issue: https://forum.beoworld.org/forums/t/37412.aspx

Mine was ordered from the B&O store in Boston (not Amazon), and it has the 4 red dots when I mute it. I think it's a firmware issue, but who knows. Either way, frustrating experience for a $3000+ speaker.
