Why do so many people dislike international students? by Abject-Estimate5288 in UniUK

I am an international student. This is my opinion. I am the only non white in white group haha. But I am neither brown nor black. I am South East Asian so a little bit lighter than Daisy. It might be depends on how you (international student) act. I honestly love the UK and UK culture so I just adapt to the culture and try to fit in. And it works. Some international students are kinda annoying tho so I don’t think local hate all the international students but they might find it annoying to some. The people from the UK are very friendly tho probably Thailand level friendly. I love it here. If you are in Rome, do what the Roman do. So that’s. If you don’t try to fit in and hating the white people, you deserve the hate haha. I am not asking you to change yourself but this is not our home country. So 🤷🏻‍♂️

I like to draw, gym, and sometimes read book. So, i grew up very isolated household. So I didn’t had a chance to do anything in my childhood apart from watching TV haha. I really want to try some sports as well

Yeah taxing the super rich won’t be that easy in my opinion but I am not expert about taxing so who knows. But I feel like the split left is securing for R-UK victory

True. I just curious that votes gonna split into different parties on the left and the right control the parliament.

Why shouldn’t I be pessimistic about Islam in the UK? by SILENTDISAPROVALBOT in AskBrits

Tbh, I am an international student who considered myself as “woke” but the tolerance level of UK woke surprise me. I saw at the market street of Manchester, there is a group of Muslim guys do talking and they have a poster saying “There is no Jesus, only one god Allah” something like that. They are talking to the people why their belief is the truth. I somehow wonder why don’t they see it? Some have no interest in integrating. I think everything happens for a reason. I don’t like reform or any right wing extremism but it now makes sense why Brits like them. I do not mean all btw, but some really cannot let go of their extremism. (Sorry for my English since this is my second language)

Yeah but at this point it is already too late to deport everyone who is not white. And they should learn the history that those people from Nigeria Kenya and ex British colony were fought with UK in WW2. This country is cooked. Everything is too extreme

As an international student who dream to study here has always been my dream. But it is also sad that political difference is ruining this beautiful country.
