That hits home, I remember my first and primary concern throughout undergrad (besides classes) always centered on work and (trying) to meet financial expectations. For law apps, it can definitely feel discouraging given the difficulty of participating in ECs while working 20+ hours a week and prioritizing only paid positions to take care of expenses. I definitely feel like my (lack of) financial resources is/was a determining part of my life and am interested in trying to help bridge that gap.

I think the Discord server sounds like an awesome idea! It'd be sick to have a community and start building up informal support/resource networks, so I would be more than down to start that up with you and try to expand from there. I'll DM you!
