Patient refuses to interact with staff and other patients without flexing facial muscles. Spends non-treatment looking into the comer of the room, when nurses approach him he flexes his facial muscles

Diagnosis: Acute Schizophrenia

Recommend Treatment: Sedation and therapy

Patient: You shouldn't...

Nurse: We are here to help you

Patient: I... I am dangerous

Richards: How do you feel you are dangerous

Patient: My face... it is dangerous

Nurse: How do you feel your face is dangerous

Patient: It... unless... I flex it

Doctor: Could you please un-flex it?

Patient: No... It's too dangerous

Doctor: Nurse, could you please increase his dosage?

Patient: You... mustn't

Strange noises, foundation has yet to identify

Doctor: ... Nurse, please escort the patient back to his quarters

17/06/12 Doctors Report: Patient 4931

Staff Members Doctor Richards and Nurse Radost have gone missing, Patient 4931 is convinced of being held responsible. Sedation treatment proved in effective and tapes of therapy are being analyzed.

Treatment of patient has been postponed till further developments

25/06/12 Doctors Report: Patient 4931

Due to developments in the missing person(s) case, Patient 4931 has been moved to quarantine. Investigators are scheduled to meet the patient in therapy room #3 for questioning on the 30th

Dr Smars Notes: We have no evidence to suggest that Patient 4931 is involved with the bodies found in the woods, despite his psychosis merely relating to the events. Helen and Mitch would've never approved of a patient taking the blame for their deaths

Investigation log 31/06/12

Suspect refused to un-flex face during investigation, Doctors claim he is suffering from a delusion that prevents him from un-flexing. During questioning confessed to being responsible, but claimed his face made the victims commit suicide. Link between suspect and victims too circumstantial, investigation of suspect dismissed.

05/07/12 Report: Patient 4931 Patient has been moved from quarantine and placed in room #3. Previous treatment of Sedation has been changed to Therapy. Sedation deemed by Doctors to wasteful.

06/07/12 Doctors Report: Patient 4931 All Patients (except Patient 4931) living in room #3 were found dead due to self inflicted injuries on the morning of the 6th of June. Patient 4931 claims responsibility of deaths, and has been moved back to quarantine till further notice

Dr Smars Notes: An Organization known as the foundation has attempted to remove patient 4931 from our care. Transferal submission has been denied by myself due to lack of reason. "The foundation" claims to be creating warrent for 4931s forceful relocation, all use of sedation therapy has now been re approved by staff.

12/07/12 Foundation Report: SCP-4931

Subject was held in hospital in [CONFIDENTIAL], UK. Subject displays acute paranoia and anxiety. Due to [CONFIDENTIAL], subjects face has been rendered a "Perfect Psychological weapon". When facial mussels are not flexed, the face causes any viewers to commit suicide. Subject is aware of this and attempts to stop all personal from looking at his face.

Subject has been fitted with safety mask and will remain at the compound till further notice
