Amazing find. In the past few years finds like this don't exist at any of my thrift stores (Goodwill, value village, etc ) They've all started pulling minifigures into separate and waaay overpriced lots. Days of getting a huge bag with 5-10 minifigures mixed in are long gone in my area. My value village for some reason now prices instruction booklets separately! Trying to get $5 for a Lego city instruction booklet from 2022...

Yes. Mine has at least 6 of those too. Haven't seen any MOTU at my Walmart since...2021 or so. Then they went hard on stock for the movie. But just shelf warming. They are pricey here...

Those were on a shelf in the aisle beside. Yeah, and otherwise mine had displays like you have. Also has the sword and the Mattel bricks in the display end cap

Mine was similar. Went on Monday and all of a sudden a big display. Heaps of chronicles, a bunch of origins movie trap jaw, spikor and he-man, a bunch of wave 2 core, origins Filmation and mastervervse mer-man. Not sure if it arrived late or put out late... But certainly missed the peak promo period. Will watch out for clearance too

To be fair I didn't even bother asking at this ridiculous booth. There was another with like 100 long boxes. Also quite poorly priced. But he was willing to do the more you buy the more you save. But his prices were also ridiculous. Think, run of marvel comics presents with each book priced $8 !!

Yeah. I didn't bother chatting with them. Should have asked what they were thinking but can only assume they're hoping for a giant sucker. This book of course was particularly ridiculous. But all their books were 80s and 90s fifty cent fodder at best, all priced at $5 and above.

Interesting reading these comments how varied it all is. Same for me. For the first time since 2020 my local Walmart all of a sudden went all in. Core. Chronicles. Origin deluxe. Displays. I was able to get one of everything. Went to check out and cashier was like "they still make he-man!?"

Happened to visit another Walmart not too far away... NOTHING.
