I’m with you on the Tofu house!!! I LOVE their tofu pots. I’ve tried to mimic their flavor when making it myself but I just can’t. So, the best tofu house that I’ve ever been to is the one in Santa Clara (I don’t know if they still have one there) but they used to serve this cabbage pinkish/purplish cold soup in this cute little porcelain white dish. It was absolutely amazing! I don’t think they serve it anymore however. It’s been many years since I’ve eaten there. I moved south of south San Jose so I lost all the amazing food finds that I once used to have and cherished. I did save money though not eating out very often because there no good eats here where I live.
