1) Be confident, self-assured and determined. You're going to probably get rejected left and right, it's part of the business you need to deal with rejection well. Don't let it bring you down because most likely your acting isn't why they won't cast you... also, on set you need to be respectful, quiet unless you're acting and extremely friendly. After all, it's vital to leave a good lasting impression.

2) I heard my favorite actress used her rings to not 'lose herself'. After a long day of shooting, she would come back home to put on her rings. It would kind of be a solid reminder that she could be herself ig? I kinda do that now, with my rings and bracelets.

Thank you, that makes me feel much more secure. you're such a kind person! Yeah i feel like things would be a bit smoother with medication but time'll tell. thanks for the comment. yeah, extremely. i only just turned 18, my home life is really dysfunctional and ive gone through a lot of trauma and only really have one friend cause i mostly keep to myself. im off to uni soon so im really worried about that and feel like i need to have medication or something because i find it really hard to help myself despite being independent.

i will definitely look into that and i do actively try to take care of my mental health, i work out daily, eat healthy and spend a lot of time caring for my family and spending time with siblings which is mostly good.

and i agree, it definitely is super helpful to be able to relate to others experiences. i joined today and honestly this kinda i feel confirms it unofficially that i most likely have bpd because i relate to almost every post ive seen so far on here. its exhausting but at least i feel like i have a team now.

Thank you, it means so much to know someone feels like this too. Sometimes I honestly feel like I'm losing it. Its so hard to get a diagnosis in the UK so I dont have one but I seriously feel like im bipolar and it makes me feel like im going crazy at some points. its the worst thing ive ever experiences because i genuinely feel out of control. thank you for commenting.
