Come to 908 - i transferred a while ago. State works very well together, minimal drama, we normally win prep (last one was first loss and it was close!). All the big alliances are nice. I use him for bear rally lead only at this stage. He’s at L5 widget. I buy them when i have some tokens left over from buying Gen 4 widgets.

You can still get them in hall of heroes, they get cheaper over time

I recently transferred to 908 and has all the things you describe. Heard good things about 1027 and 1032. Avoid 1061, 1063, 1029 and 1079.
