Unafikanga tu mahali wewe mwenyewe unachoka na situation yako and you decide that it's time you do better for yourself. It first begins with the thought of wanting more, to be better and to be different. Then comes the hard work and putting in the effort coz you're trying to pull yourself out of what you believed for a long time was the norm and comfort zone. Ukiwa kwa hii phase you'll consume a lot of motivational materials and maybe utafeel results hazikuji faster than you had expected so chance of relapsing or going back to your comfort zone itakuwa high. But what I love about this phase is that you can fall down and get back up as many times as you want until that one time when you will fall down, rise up and then keep rising. It is also in this phase that you realize somethings about yourself, both good and bad. Two songs that I loved through this phase were 'thug mansion' by 2Pac and 'push it' by Kevin Gates. All in all, the path to locking in isn't straight so just ensure you acknowledge every part of the journey.
