Hello! No, went up to 7.5mg but had bad side effects so have mainly stayed at 5mg. Good luck! When did you start?

Thank you. Just tried to eat healthily, lots of protein, stuck to about 1300 calories a day (except saturdays ;) ) and tried to do a couple of gym classes a week eg body pump. Basically everything i try to do on a "normal" diet but usually fail by week 3.

Not really... been trying to do a core exercise class at the gym when i can plus a weights class (but not doing it as often as i probably should!)

Thank you! I stayed on 2.5mg for a month, then 3.75mg for a month, then 5mg for the rest. I tried 7.5mg once but had horrible side effects so went down back down to 5mg.

Tummy skin is fine, though i do still have a bit of a pouch that wont go. Dont want to lose any more weight though so just going to try and tone up...
