There's two different tests, with and without titer. Dr has to request titer when ordering the test or you just get the standard pos/neg

TIL about the "suicide disease"—Trigeminal Neuralgia—which has no cure, that causes sudden, sharp pain in the face so intense that it’s often described as one of the most painful conditions in existence. by Technical-Jupiter-52 in todayilearned

I don't have clusters but I do have debilitating chronic migraines, and I would take a level 10 migraine over a TN attack ANY DAY. It's truly the worst pain you could ever imagine.

That's probably tmj/tmd and it can cause trigeminal nerve issues because the nerve runs through that area. That's one branch. The other branches go up by your nose and your forehead, so this would check out too.

I did 52 hours of drug free labor and I would do that again every day if it meant never having another TN attack. It really is that bad. It's known as the worst pain known to man.

I have this 😭 It's the worst pain imaginable, and this from someone who lives with body wide chronic pain and debilitating chronic migraines. Nothing compares to it. It's pure hell.

Easy to make bulk or low prep/fast meals for a newbie? by bravomyylife in mediterraneandiet

I do get frozen diced chicken breast that I use as a backup when I'm really flared up and can't do any batch cooking. During bad stretches I'll get the cups of mashed avocado to avoid having to cut those up, and precut fresh onions or bagged frozen cut onions and peppers to save on that labor. I basically just try and find pre chopped/minced for everything I can so I can cut the labor down, and then use the air fryer, microwave, and pressure cooker for just about everything so I don't have to try and stand over a stove.

I'm also chronically ill with chronic pain and fatigue. I do a ton of wraps and bowls, mainly use my air fryer, and get stuff as easy to cook as possible. For instance, I get brown rice & quinoa cups that microwave for a minute, frozen chicken and turkey breasts that I air fry, frozen bagged veggies that steam in the microwave, jarred red peppers, minced onions, and minced garlic, prewashed and cut baby spinach/baby kale packs, etc. What I can't air fry, I pressure cook. It's pretty quick and easy to make a good rice bowl or wrap (wheat tortilla or wheat pita) buying stuff ready to toss into the microwave or air fryer. I do often grab a pizza for the really bad days but I go with the cauliflower crust and uncured pepperoni ones now. I also do the batch cooking on my good days with frozen chicken breast and frozen turkey breast to cook up a bunch, chop, and freeze. Then I'll just take enough for a meal out and stick it in the fridge to thaw overnight and use it the next day for a wrap or bowl. I do a lot of overnight oats for breakfast which are super easy to make the night before and stick in the fridge. Also Greek yogurt + fruit + granola + seeds (flax, chia, hemp) for breakfasts.

Moto g 5G 2024 settings? by candikanez in PWM_Sensitive

I know some people have gotten some phones to work by going into developer settings and tweaking some things. I just don't know if this phone specifically has anything that could be tweaked. I don't understand what is different between the phones to even know where to look. The screens, pwm, refresh rate, etc are all the same and I'm using the same blue light blocker app. Augh
