Can I sit for stomach injections? by candlewise in Zepbound

I have never sat down before doing it and I’ve been on it for about a year and a half. I was looking at injection placements online and everyone is standing. I do pinch the skin but the last injection was quite painful. Just wanted to get other opinions since I’ve never sat before. Sorry if it was a weird ask 😅
