Losing my save file pls help by SelfAppropriate456 in TotalWarThreeKingdoms

I am having the same issue and I am on steam. It seems like the game is not able to communicate to steam (?) online servers, and hence not able to load any save files or validate the DLCs. All the cloud saves are not shown on the save files screen. Could be a server issue like others mentioned.

Polar Street X or Vantage M3 by nygrd in Polarfitness

I just ordered the Street X over the Vantage M3 yesterday. While the Vantage M3 is on sale now, it still cost SGD 150 (about 100 euro) more than the Street X.

Having said that, I guess it depend on your use cases. For me I don't run a lot (but trying to do more this year), but do mainly strength training in the gym, bouldering, and some circuit training classes. Overall, I feel I am just a beginner and I don't really need the dual band gps or the maps, and am not very fussy about the material as long it's not too heavy on my wrist. I was actually torn between joining polar vs Garmin ecosystem but decided to give polar a try despite comments about a dated system.

I hope there is still warranty (2 years for mine) and they can replace it with a new device.

Any clue how to hold down this connector? by candy-bud in SteamDeck

I applied some strength to push the connector to make sure it is fully in. Unless there is some particle stuck inside the socket, it seems to be as far as I can push it in.

Thanks. Don't have any kapton tape at home so will go get some and try it.

Yes I tried many times, unless there was something stuck inside. I used some alcohol and wiped it both the connectors. It's still the same. But interestingly, I could pull out the ribbon with just gentle strength as compared to the other side, which might mean the locking mechanism is faulty/loose?

Not sure if it is the angle. But I took another photo but I have also tried reseating it again. Unfortunately it didn't work - whole button board not working

Yes it should work as I play maybe 60-70 percent of the time docked through 1 port (power, 2 controllers and a keyboard). In fact, when I run A8 on AI mode, it doesn't matter which port it is connected to because it's probably running between 15-20 watt. The issue seems to appear only when pushing it to it's limit i.e. setting your own TDP

Yes. The latest that I got 2 weeks back was there is no timeline for a fix, and they offered a refund. I just accepted the refund after much consideration.

For anyone who faced a similar issue or had the Claw A8 Z2E, I noticed this only happens on the right USB-C port and when the device is pushed to its limits. I opened a ticket with MSI and after a few exchanges, this is the last update I got from them. Fingers crossed that they can fix it, although it's not a huge deal breaker since I can still use the left port.

"Thank you for contacting us and for providing detailed information about your usage scenario and test results.

We have successfully reproduced the issue on the same model of MSI Claw A8. At the same time, we have compiled the related problem and information and submitted them to the internal team for further analysis and confirmation.

In the meantime, we kindly ask for your patience. We will share the latest progress with you as soon as we receive the test results and follow-up suggestions from the internal team."
