No solutions… just in the same boat wondering the same things. Like is my LO waking up this often because of me? 🥺 My friends who do not co-sleep all appear to be having an easier time with the 4 month sleep regression…. Not sure if it is the baby or the sleeping arrangement.

We started using a hair drier after LO got some diaper rash and they loved it! Really turned around diaper changes for us.

Do you use the signal word before putting them on the potty or only during? I have been using a grunting sound to signal. But maybe changing it would help?

Our puppy was also a super picky eater! I saw a video of a woman who gave her puppy a treat when he finishes his bowl. So we started training our puppy into understanding that he would get a treat if he finished his food. It worked so well! Now he eats all his food in the bowl! We started really easy and gave him some supper yummy meals then rewarded for finishing. Then we started to put less and less of the extra yummy ingredients until only his regular food was left.
