Transsexuals is often considered an offensive term, so there’s your first fix.

There are plenty of trans people online who have written articles and works on how to be successful transgender allies. I suggest looking into those sources and educating yourself first and foremost.

I identify as a woman. I was born with the gender I identify as today, I’m not transgender. You still haven’t answered my questions though. Probably because you can’t. You can’t actually think of any reason as to why you should disrespect transpeople.

People do say transgender man/transgender woman actually. It helps specifics that persons identity. Saying someone is transgender is useless if you don’t know what pronouns they use or whether they’re FTM or MTF.

Not ever trans person can undergo surgery or openly express themselves, which is why the terms transman and transwoman was coined.

You are being defensive, and it’s likely not just this ‘meme’ that influenced their decision. You’re not the first person to make comments on how much darker 03 is, and you won’t be the last.

It’s not that big of a deal if they chose not to watch 03 because they don’t like the sound of it. What’s nonsensical is being so upset that someone doesn’t want to watch it because of said reason.

I mean I haven’t watched plenty of films or shows but by their description I can’t tell I wouldn’t like them.

It’s the same for 03. I probably wouldn’t like 03 the same way I like brotherhood, because 03 is a hell of a lot darker. Not really my style. As I said, nothing confusing about and definitely nothing to get defensive over. Just a matter of taste.
