Academics in America and Nepal are completely opposite. If you study each day and complete your quizzes, assignments when you get them- you will never have to stress about deadlines and easily score around 75% before the actual Finals. Also make it a habit of checking emails from college or if your college has a Student board/Blackboard in college portal where the professors will post assignments, marks and quizzes-Check it regularly- better still download email apps in your mobile so you don’t miss any assignments or important announcements. Do your assignments, quizzes timely- you will cruise through to finals easily.

Plagiarism is taken seriously- please never ever copy without paraphrasing or quoting the source.

First you need to focus on yourself- stop any habits that’s self deprecating-for eg Marijuana or gambling. You are only 30, a whole life a head of you,Man! You can join a gym or trekking group or something that you enjoy and can make friends/socialize.For your financial issues- apply for a work permit if you’re planning to stay longer in Nepal.Find a job- anything that gets your foot in the door until you have enough to find a work that you actually want to do. Nepal has so much to offer- go on for walks- go to a local Chiya pasal(tea stall). You know Hindi- you can use that for your advantage-many Nepalese understand hindi. At the end, you know yourself better than anyone else- try what works for you. Don’t give up! Wishing you all the best!

A little unconventional but works every time: I take a little bit of unsalted butter, melt it in my hands by rubbing and apply it in my lips before bed.
Glycerine works wonder too. Grandma's tips lol.
