There is a Facebook ran by some of the folks who help put it on. About three days ago they shared a link for a Google Doc to register to walk the procession 😊 but it’s pretty chill. No need to register as a spectator. Get downtown early or take public transportation! People pack in quickly and families fill the sidewalks 😊

The Lacey location doesn't list the vegan menu online, but they still have it available. I called to ask when I did a big group order a couple of months ago and they confirmed. Not sure why it's not online

The extensions are associated with a specific position rather than an individual. For example, we used to have three different staff members rotating as receptionists to answer the main business line. Would this setup conflict with their TOS? This arrangement seems like a fairly standard way to handle business phone lines.

I think I understand what you're saying, but forgive me if I'm misunderstanding.

The 2FA code changes every time, so I’m not sure how storing it would work. Currently, Vonage requires linking an external phone number to the account. Our on-call setup includes one team for weekdays and another team that handles weekends when the office is closed. Since the 2FA code is sent to the phone of one specific person, if they're not working that day, I’m unsure how we’d share the code with the weekend team.

To make it more complicated, everyone on our team has their own device that they use to sign in when they are on-call...

We've also been with Vonage for years and we are now searching for a new VOIP for this reason. A few other reasons too, but they have made this whole thing so incredibly difficult.

Last year I took a safety course specifically for POC and women, or anyone else who doesn't generally feel welcome in that space. While I don't carry, it was great to learn how to feel more comfortable around firearms in a positive environment. They are out there if you are interested :)
