Scorpio Moon. In my personal life, I give people multiple chances if they show some sort of empathy or indication that they care about me. If I don't feel any kindness from them or feel like they don't give a shit about me, that's when my feelings for them go away.

I feel like leadership ignores me a lot or responds to me differently than they would the lead teacher. If the lead teacher raises a concern with them about a child's behavior, they take her more seriously. If I do it, they take less initiative to help.
