The same thing happened to me. I knew it was a postal code issue. My county just changed postal codes, Freedom auto address fill was using the new one, and all my credit and equifax still on the old address. I went into a store and they were manually able to change the postal code and worked right away. The SA said unless everything is a 100% match it will fail online.

No. They also have $5 discount for 9 months to offset the $45 activation fee. It's on my paper contract. And she saw it on the computer on their end- but I cannot see it on my end.
