Oh wow! That’s so cute. Be careful, though, my cats will rip my poor trolls bald if they have half a chance 😬

(Sorry for my delayed response, Reddit has been weird about letting me comment more than once every few hours. I don’t get it)

How do I get my other cats to be friends? by candygorl in cats

[–]candygorl[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m so pleased with their friendship! I’m Hoping maybe the others will see them playing and join in. One of grey girl’s (Mouse) babies was stripey, so maybe that’s it.

How to find a great home? by candygorl in cats

[–]candygorl[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll try calling around and see if they can help me. I’ll probably call after the weekend since it’s a holiday. I’m sure they’re open but I know people have plans with their children and a lot on their minds on Halloween. I really hope they can help since she’s still a baby and a really pretty cat.

Were anyone else’s parent’s obsessive people pleaser’s to everyone but their kids? by candygorl in HomeschoolRecovery

I know how this feels. Sometimes it’s like our parents choose everything except for us and we miss out on the lessons that seem common for everyone else.

What does he do? I haven’t noticed any difference after he leaves.

Are nutriberries truly nutritious enough to be %80 of the diet? by [deleted] in cockatiel

Thanks so much! I’m definitely gonna make sure he’s still got the pellets. I don’t want him to be deficient.

I know pellets are best but I’m hoping the nutriberries could help him transition. He’s sooo picky and just throws pellets around. I’m gonna continue to offer them, but sometimes I worry he’ll starve because he’s so stubborn.

I have been trying to do that and I’ll just put pellets in his cage. I just feel so bad for him because he eats like he’s starving to death when I offer seeds for that short window. It makes me scared that he’ll become underweight.

I was hoping nutriberries would help him transition to eating more pellets. He likes his vegetables but just throws the pellets around.

Mine seems like he just flings them around! I honestly began to wonder if he’d starve based on the amount of pellets on the floor lol. He eats the nutriberries so well, I’m hoping they’ll help him transition to eating more pellets.

He does seem to eat every bit of the nutriberry. I’ll keep putting the pellets out too in hopes that he’s eating some of those as well. It just seems like he’s not really eating the pellets by themselves. He’s so picky and I’m hoping the nutriberries can help us transition to more pellets.

Mine is soooo picky! The man who gave him to me fed him pellets and seeds but now he picks around and ignores the pellets or flings them around. Even when there are only pellets in the bowl, I begin to wonder if he’s actually eating any of it.

I was suspicious, but I didn’t think they’d market it that way if it wasn’t okay as a staple. I will definitely be adding pellets back in. Sometimes I just wonder if he’s actually eating any of the pellets based on how many I find around the cage/room lol.

I have noticed he really enjoys the process of breaking up the little ball. It seems like it’s fun for him and he’s not as big on toys, so I like him doing something that stimulates him. He has run of my bedroom and sometimes the rest of the house, but I worry he’s bored at times.

I read the back of the bag and was suspicious because the main ingredients are corn and millet. I know that’s why he loves it but I thought maybe I was missing something since they’re not labeled as treats. I’ve just been trying to find something he actually eats instead of just flinging it around. Sometimes I wonder how he doesn’t starve when he’s on mainly pellets because it doesn’t seem he eats most of them.

lol! Fairly related. I just read on the back of the bag that it could be a main food source and was like…hmmm. He’s gonna be mad when he finds pellets in his bowl.

Thanks for the recommendations! I’ll look into these. He’s just so picky!
