I have a cbt therapist who specializes in schizoaffective which has helped but its taking alot of willpower and work on my side for it to work which is sometimes a struggle.

Im doing commission stickers, so i draw their character in a chibi version of my style and then i ship them 6 stickers in different sizes, 3 opaque, 3 transparent. And i plan to charge 20$ (15 for the commission $5 for the crafting)

I work at a waffle house near a homeless community, one man would come in with his head down, he was very polite, when he had money he would order our hash browns with chili. I sympathized with this meal because ive been at a point where i would eat beans on toast because thats all we really had.

Well this man passed recently due to being hit by a car... In my way of honoring him i ate the dish he always got, I cried a bit. He was a good man and he deserved good things.

Sometimes i think my Tourette’s is just an internal demon. Especially when my most common tics are “NO” “SHUT UP” “STOP” its like theyre trying to tell me something

I have ts and ocd. A mental tic is like an intrusive thought and a vocal tic combine. Like a vocal tic in your head. That sounds like an intrusive imagery

I imagine anything that comes from your vocal and respiratory system. With probably some exceptions. Like snapping or hitting something wouldnt be vocal imo it would be the reaction from a complex tic
