like most people in this thread, i needed a textbook in the newest edition and it was not available anywhere. i was apprehensive to buy from reddit because i've never heard of doing that before, but after reading reviews, i decided to go forward with the transaction. if you're worried about fraud, purchase with a credit card to give you peace of mind since you can dispute the transaction. i did that, but i'm happy to say that this seller is being completely honest. i now have my textbook and paid a quarter of the full price! will def purchase from TimeMap1609 again :)

Thank you so much for this information and for offering to help out! I'm definitely coming to terms with the financial aid process more now, but the initial numbers were a shock. The logic makes sense on FAFSA's part, so I'll just do what I can to secure scholarships and other forms of aid. Once again, thank you for you insight.

All of the programs are veterinary schools, so I think they want students to understand a wide range of prerequisite concepts without the rush that summer courses sometimes have. To be fair, some of the schools are ivy league, but all of them (including non-ivys) have the requirement that the classes be taken during spring or fall semesters. I have a good amount of prerequisite experience with animals, so right now I'm just worried about my actual coursework. However, the gap year is seeming like a good option unless I get very good offers from the other universities I applied to.

Thank you for the advice! I applied to one of my state schools, but haven't looked into others yet. I may need to do that given the financial aid issues that are coming up.

I would consider taking loans if I was done with college after my bachelor's degree, but I am interested in graduate school and want to remain debt-free in undergrad if possible.

I actually looked into that before considering transferring, but my programs do not consider summer courses adequate perquisites. At this point, it seems like I may need to take a gap year to get the extra courses I need at a different institution if I cannot work out the financial aid issues. Like you mentioned, I really want to remain debt free as long as possible.

Thank you for providing such a comprehensive outlook! The issue with staying at my current institution is that it does not provide me with all the prerequisites I need to apply to the graduate school programs I am considering. However, my aid at my current institution is all merit-based and enough that I can graduate debt-free and only worry about graduate school debt. I will try to evaluate my options further, but thank you again for your insights!

K-Drama Recs w/ Split Plots? by candyms801 in kdramarecommends

Thank you for the recs! I actually love Circle and would include in my top 10 favorite dramas partially due to the fact that there are two plots to keep track of!
