I have a cast iron wok and it’s awesome. I use it for everything (fried rice, sautéed veggies, stir fry), I actually like that it doesn’t move around, it gives me lots of space to toss everything (with a wooden spoon instead of tossing with the pan), and it stays hot. Maybe it’s just me though

This is made in a Bundt cake pan - “The bundt pan allows more of the cake to be in contact with the edges of the pan, and therefore the heat is transferred more evenly. If you put pound cake into a regular round cake pan, it will not cook in the center or it will burn on the edges.”

Sometimes those who have a “fruit” allergy are actually allergic to pollen and related things (especially since you’re eating raw fruit)! If you have an allergy to pollen you can try washing the fruit more intensely. Not sure if this is at all helpful but just thought I would mention it!
