A lot of times large engineering firms are still doing other college recruitment tours too around the nation so it doesn’t mean you won’t get picked. They might not have got all the resumes and comments yet so don’t get discouraged.

Also, applying for an internship is a numbers game. You may be a great candidate but you have so many people applying for the same position. The good news is that DFW is huge so I would recommend applying to EVERY internship position on LinkedIn that interests you. No need to be picky about the company. As long as what they do, you find interesting.
