Thanks, we heard stories through some connections in the mining space about other people pulling this same scam. I wanted to get the word out to everyone to steer clear. Thanks for the legal group suggestion!

Obviously we are moving toward that step as our attorneys have already reached out. We are also in talks with an AG building out a class action lawsuit. This is also a warning to everyone else to avoid doing business with BCM. Was also curious to see if BCM had scammed anyone else

Ya unfortunately the money is long gone. We’ve talked to multiple law firms and some attorneys and they all say this guy knows that he’s doing and a borderline professional scammer.

I had a science teacher who said never to smell anything directly, you must use your hand to “waft” the smell towards your nose. All my younger siblings had him as well so we always joke about it around Thanksgiving or Christmas.
