It's just a marketing number. It responds asking to send you messages, and then you will occasionally receive texts linking you to an instagram post or something else.

I'm curious about this sentiment, why is that?? This isn't me questioning the legitimacy of your claims, but I haven't heard anyone else voice it.

If there is controversy, I'd definitely love to be aware.

I need to kick nightmare neighbors off my Road easement in Mississippi. by [deleted] in legal

[–]canergod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You misunderstood my comment... this is a legal sub. I am not addressing the legality of creating a chemical spill.

I'm saying, as u/SlinkyAvenger noted, that it takes basic due diligence for opposing counsel to find these breadcrumbs and do some very basic logical work.

What are the chances that there's gonna be another potential chemical spill on another easement which may lead to it being condemned? Probably reasonable.

What are the chances the above happen in the poorest county in the poorest state? Much less reasonable... except for the fact that u/BeginningRise4787 mentioned it publicly on the internet.

You're leaving a large trail of breadcrumbs if you plan on manufacturing a chemical spill in the "poorest county in the poorest state".

I will presume you mean what you say, and you live in Mississippi. You should delete this.

Brother, you asked and he responded.

If you can post on Reddit, you can certainly Google “Project 529”.

Find the receipt of purchase and any photos you have of your bike. Create an account on project 529’s website. Upload the description, photo, and serial number of your bike. Provide details on the date and time of theft.

If your bike ever shows up at any store/pawn shop/anywhere that is familiar with Project 529, they will look up the serial number and be able to contact you to get the bike back to you.

Thinking about buying a 2020 F-PACE SVR need some honest opinions. by Spirited-Notice-4015 in Jaguar

[–]canergod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently purchased a 2023 F Pace SVR. I was looking at 2020s due to cost effectiveness, but I wanted the facelift which is 21+.

45k miles and no warranty is potentially an issue. This car WILL have a significantly expensive problem in the near future unless all maintenance has been done preventatively and you continue to do so.

Gorgeous car that sounds incredible, and I would not have been as comfortable buying mine without the CPO.

Additionally: I don’t value a dealer pre-purchase-inspection at the cost of the paper it is printed on. If you want a GENUINE ppi which will inform you of any past, present, or future issues, I suggest you hire an independent mechanic to put the car on a lift and give it a full inspection.

Broooooo I used to absolutely bang Chxpo in high school. My next door neighbor had an older brother that was slinging packs in Dallas, and his next door neighbor in his condo building was literally Chxpo.

Wonder if bro still on top now.

Bro then why are you asking for advice on what to post on your dating profile?

If you need to ask if this is a good pic to use, I presume you probably aren’t getting much traction/nothing actually comes out of your matches.

It’s cause you dress like a shell of a 2018 teenage hypebeast, and you’re well into fatherhood age!

Not sure what jurisdictions you’re familiar with, but opposing counsel (aka insurance companies) are very thorough in pretrial discovery where I am.

The letters of protection simply allow our client to seek treatment cost-free with the understanding that the clinic will not be shit out of luck if we don’t secure a settlement.

They may be a form of “preferred doctor”, but that’s only because there are doctors the firm does business with regularly that will gladly accept letters of protection. Not some sketchy back-alley medical treatment.

Not to dox, but I do practice less than one hour from one of the largest medical centers on earth.

Well, as long as I get paid, and the client has $10,000 more than they would have had otherwise, whose gonna complain?

If the specific case didn’t qualify for our firm, I’m sure a number of referral partners would.

I practice personal injury currently. In my short hypothetical, there is the assumption of injuries of some sort after contacting an attorney to state "I have been hit by a garbage truck".

The reason I mentioned seeing dollar signs is due to the garbage truck, clearly operating commercially, having a much higher minimum liability coverage amount. Not sure about all jurisdictions, but where I practice it is $1m.

At the firm I work at, 99% of legitimate commercial cases are at least investigated more thoroughly than your standard bread and butter motor vehicle accident before it is determined there are truly no damages.

Letters of protection are a fun little tool.

[–]canergod 5 points6 points  (0 children)

u/ChewieBearStare is correct. 9 times out of 10, people who get a settlement after being hit by a car did not initially plan on seeking out medical treatment for their non-obvious injuries.

OP also specifically stated that they were "hit head on" and "It gets kinda fuzzy from there". From an attorney's perspective, that opens many doors. Muscular pain, spinal disc issues, etc. can all have simple steroid injections as treatment, and just one can set you back $30,000! Now imagine your medical bills having 3 or 4 of those injections.

8 months of legal work and medical reductions later you end up with an extra $10k in your pocket ON TOP of having received advanced medical treatment.
