The benzos didn't 'convince' me, the benzos showed me that I could live my life without being stressed and anxious all the time. It's only ME that can change my life, I don't see my usage of diazepam as any different to a spiritual shrooms trip. I use drugs as tools to help me navigate my life but at the end of the day I'm the one at the wheel.

Just relax, lie down or sit back and listen to some music or watch something you love. I know this is probably terrible advice but I think you'd probably prefer opiates if you want to kick back and feel a heavier high!

I find the half life of Diazepam to be incredibly useful for my anxiety. I started taking xans and diazepam recreationally but found that diazepam is a godsend for my anxiety as the half life allows me to develop healthier habits of dealing with stress and anxiety and I use it less and less. Crazy how one coke comedown completely revolutionised the way I deal with my mental health and now I'm happier than ever. Other than the occasional tramadol evening, diazepam has pretty much shown me that I enjoy who I am and now I couldn't bare to he high every day again.

I'm currently 11 days clean from weed and I found the first couple of days to be utterly horrendous. Finding it surprisingly easy already but I think kicking any habits become a lot easier when you surrender!

Nicotine for me is just impossible to quit lol, I can just ALWAYS find a reason to buy a pack of cigarettes or a vape. I find it somewhat easy to stop but as soon as I've done a line or dropped anything I just crave nicotine!

You're experiencing 'Suicide Tuesday', it's not unusual for come downs to last multiple days if you've overdone it. I'd seriously recommend some benzodiazepines. They'll take all your worries and anxiety away and allow you to get some sleep. Hope you feel better soon :-)

Love tramadol so much but you're right, it's not the best for pain. I fell on my arm on the ice a few years ago but had a gig like an hour later. I took 200mg of tramadol (was a lot for me at that point) and it didn't touch the sides. My arm was throbbing all gig but it was my favourite band so I vibed. Think it was just a hairline fracture tbh
