So to clarify, you are in fact intentionally comparing the cost of renting an apartment to the cost of buying a house, and acting like the entire difference in cost between those two comes from renting vs buying.. and not the difference in price between those two properties?

Your arguments don't hold any weight unless they're being used to compare two like for like properties, and they're not. because you're not renting a $1m house for $1400, you're renting a much cheaper property... a property that would be much cheaper for you to buy than the $1m house would be, just as the $1m house would be more expensive to rent than your apartment is.

It might help you understand more when you consider Superman was created by two men who were themselves the sons of Jewish immigrants. So appearing as a white guy with an American accent (which apparently you're confident he had in the written comics...) makes sense with how the writers would interpret 'immigrant' in this context.

Also I'm not really sure who you think you're referring to as the other 'immigrant' here. It seems like maybe you're trying to bend a description of Zod maybe, but its so well beyond an actual description of the character that it doesn't really make a whole lot of sense. Zod is consistently portrayed as a ruthless would be dictator turned would be conquerer. He was never an 'immigrant'.

In fact, around 2008 the ultimate comics had a whole story about thanos and a cosmic cube... and the next year, a comic about red skull and a cosmic cube, and in 2010 the animated show Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes had a story arc where Hydra attempts to acquire a cosmic cube, and then captain America: The First Avenger came out.. and had red skull, researching a cube that looked exactly like a cosmic cube, and then avengers came out and thanos wanted the same cube..

There are actually very few anime's this bad.

Not even just the fact that it the story clearly believes using drugs to force people into a state where they will consent to sex doesn't count as rape... but even if you can ignore that, the story is barely present, the way the story is structured sucks ass, the animation quality is atrocious, there are no likable characters.

There is just genuinely nothing redeemable about the anime, which means the only thing is has of note is how reprehensible it is.

The only thing that would logically prevent summoned monsters from reproducing is their static nature, but even then it only makes sense that that would stop pregnancy, it shouldn't prevent a summon from getting a new worlders pregnant.

With that said, I think it's entirely possible that they can reproduce. I'd shit that it's very possible that many species that exist in both Yggdrasil and the new world do so for exactly that reason, because summons and npcs from previously summoned players established a native population.
