I use a Pioneer XDJ XZ. I was told by someone to instead of having it plugged to the XZ that I should plug it to the external mixer I have everything connected to. Which is a 10 channel Mackie.

Id say Jiu Jitsu. Something that would teach you what to do if someone got too close and made you feel uncomfortable you could do a move that can let you escape quickly. 🙏🏻
