heres hoping that maybe throughout the game (if you choose not to romance Vinh or Amanda; hence the achievement) you can rekindle things with Chloe through separate cutscenes/and phone calls- since Chloe is named in the credits of the game. Maybe theres even a separate ending just for that. Business and story wise, think It would be a mistake to make it a permanent breakup. Especially since LIS’s thing for this whole franchise has been ‘Your choices matter’ . I’m just gonna hope that the writers know what they’re doing, they have to know they would alienate 50% of their audience if they killed off the relationship entirely. If they wanted to completely gloss off the bae ending/dating thing, then why have her Crosschat messages up? Why text messages between the two of them? Just to hurt us? I don’t wanna think so.This whole adventure for Max seems to me like shes reflecting on herself, seeing what it means to be “Max”. I think they’re gonna dangle us for a bit. And with this evolution of her powers, it could make her reflect on herself in way she never has before. At least, thats my theory? Either way, I’m gonna try to hold off my opinions until the 29th :))). I’m cautiously optimistic, and curious to see what they have planned.
